You shop as a private person, live in a country outside the European Union (EU) and wish to have your order shipped to a EU country.
Let's say you live in Switzerland (invoice address), have a Swiss passport and wish to have your order shipped to your workplace in Germany (delivery address). In this case, you must - initially - pay the German VAT. However, we can reimburse same if you send us a copy of your passport and the original invoice duly stamped and signed by the customs authorities within three months from the invoice date. We need these documents to prove that the goods have left the European Union.
Alternatively, we can ship your order with the following documents (in German) "Ausfuhr- und Abnehmerbescheinigung für Umsatzsteuerzwecke bei Ausfuhren im nichtkommerziellen Reiseverkehr" (Export and Procurer Certificate for Turnover Tax Purposes in the Context of Non-Commercial Travel). To refund the VAT, we need the original document duly signed and stamped by the customs authorities. Please, let us know in advance if you need such a filled in Export and Procurer Certificate.

If you own a company with a valid VAT number having its seat within the European Union but outside Germany and wish to purchase goods or services in our shop, you don't have to pay the German VAT. However, as from now on, we will only refund the VAT in retrospect. This means, that orders have to be paid in full (gross) first. For the refund, we need the following information / documents:
- Company name / address / legal form
- VAT number
- Copy of owner's / managing director's identity card
- Bank details (IBAN, BIC)
