BMW cross helmet GS (one world)

A "best of" off-road know-how is contained in the GS helmet, which has been specially designed for sporty use. In addition to high-tech material, which makes the new GS helmet very light and extremely safe, a first-class Enduro ventilation system is used. It defines the gritty look of this new addition to the BMW Motorrad rider equipment portfolio, especially in the chin area.

The shell of the enduro helmet is made of 100 percent carbon fibre (CFRP). This ensures high impact absorption values and keeps the weight down, which is particularly relevant off-road. The GS helmet weighs only approx. 1,500 grams. The damping interior is made up of five individual segments. They are installed in different densities for optimum safety performance. The integrated neck straps typical of BMW round off the safety concept. They ensure that the helmet remains in the best possible position on the head in an emergency - a feature that only a few helmets in the world can offer.

The GS helmet is equipped with a three-dimensionally curved Pinlock double lens as standard, with the inner lens having an anti-fog effect. The outer lens is scratch-resistant coated on both sides. The visor can be easily removed and replaced without tools. The chin flap can be removed to allow air to flow freely during off-road driving. The integrated grille then protects against foreign bodies and acts as a dust filter. The helmet shield, which has been aerodynamically optimised in the wind tunnel, is also removable. The head and cheek pads can be removed and are washable.

The GS helmet has a preparation for the BMW Motorrad communication system and can be optimally combined with the BMW Motorrad Neck Brace System as a further safety feature. Attractive designs ensure a strong appearance even in the urban jungle: the GS helmet is available in the colours Light White and Black matt, as well as in the Xplore, Comp and One World decors.
