The Rally suit in a new look

With a whole range of new features, the Rally suit in its next generation is recommended for globetrotters and off-roaders who value uncompromisingly reliable equipment. Combine the separately available trousers with the jacket and you have a perfect motorbike suit.

The Rallye off-road suit is made of ProTechWool. Polyamide and wool with a carbon finish make up this functional fabric, which is compressed under pressure and heat to achieve high abrasion resistance. Ceramic dot prints on the elbows and knees offer additional protection, and fall-prone zones on the shoulders, hips and buttocks are underlaid with CORDURA. Removable NP2 protectors and the new, larger NP Pro back protector round off the safety features. The jacket is optimally compatible with the unique chest protector, available in two sizes. In hot and medium temperatures, the Rallye suit benefits from its new ventilation system. The large mesh construction on the back can be opened completely if necessary, while extended mesh ventilation on the front and zips on the arms and thighs for ventilation offer the best climate comfort.

The Rallye suit is equipped as standard with a waterproof insert that can be buttoned into the jacket and zipped into the trousers. A real innovation is the double role of the new jacket insert, because it is also designed as a full outsert. Thanks to the particularly robust finish, it can be worn over the suit and thus provides effective protection against dirt and moisture. The trouser insert is equipped with the proven Comfort Mapping, which assigns the most suitable membrane to the individual body areas. On the front, among other things, two waterproof hip pockets with flaps, above them two small stowage pockets and two chest pockets provide maximum storage space. A new feature is the small, hidden inner pocket on the back waistband, where cards and cash can be stowed. Fleece pockets on the left and right keep your hands warm, and there is a zipped pocket on the left sleeve with a field of vision. The back pocket is divided into two compartments. The back pocket is prepared for the TrinkPak Hydra including drinking tube guide up to the chest area. What is not yet stowed away finds its place in the spacious cargo pockets on the thigh.

Perfect fit in every area of use: the Rallye suit offers many options for width adjustment and individual adjustment. For example, the trousers now have an infinitely adjustable, robust textile belt. Pre-shaped sleeves and knees on the suit and insert promote an optimal sitting posture. Stretch zones over the buttocks and crotch provide freedom of movement, while the extended leather trim on the inside of the knees increases durability and ensures a secure hold on the tank for off-road riding. The widths at the arm and leg cuffs can be individually adjusted using Velcro straps, and the connecting zip between the jacket and trousers covers 40 centimetres. Reflective material for good visibility is located at the front and back of the arms and on the sides of the trousers.
